Blanchardstown Adult Education Service (North West County Dublin)
VTOS is a European Social Fund supported labour market intervention to enable long term unemployed people to access education and training. To be eligible for VTOS you should be: aged 21 or over, getting unemployment payments or signing for credits for at least six months. A limited number of places is available to recipients of the Lone Parents or Disability Allowances, and to dependent spouses of all categories of people eligible to join VTOS. Participants KEEP their social welfare payments and you may also get a training allowance.
