County Dublin VEC launches Official Languages Scheme 2008 – 2011

County Dublin V.E.C’s Official Languages scheme has been approved by the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Éamon Ó Cúiv T.D.
The scheme recognises the goodwill which exists towards the Irish language in the County Dublin V.E.C. Areas for the provision of services through Irish by the County Dublin VEC are identified in the body of the scheme and it includes a commitment to assess on an ongoing basis the level of demand for services through Irish, and the need to ensure that the County Dublin V.E.C continues to meet this demand in a planned, coherent and accessible manner.

The full version of the scheme is available billingually in hardcopy from our Head Office and can also be downloaded from the Official Languages section of our website.
