New Community National Schools in County Dublin

 
It’s time to Express your Interest!
 
The Minister for Education & Skills, Ruairi Quinn, T.D. has announced that 20 new primary schools (and 20 new post-primary schools) are to be established in Ireland over the next six years.

County Dublin VEC will seek to establish new Community National Schools to meet the primary education needs of communities in the following areas:

1) Ballinteer: Enrolment 2012
2) Stepaside: Enrolment 2012
3) Tallaght (Citywest/ Fortunestown): Enrolment 2012
4) Carpenterstown: Enrolment 2013
5) Stepaside: Enrolment 2013
6) Lucan South: Enrolment 2013
7) Firhouse/ Old Bawn: Enrolment 2013
8) Tallaght West: Enrolment 2013

 

If you live in any of the above areas,  and if you have children who are due to enter school in either 2012 or 2013 and would like to see a Community National School established in your area, then you need to Express Your Interest Now

At the request of the Department of Education & Skills, we must receive expressions of interest from parents by 30th September, 2011, so that we can progress our application to open new schools in your community.
